| 摘 要： | 负面人际交往是产生人际冲突的一大诱因。其原因在于这种交往无论从形式到行为都明显与人的尊重需要相冲突。负面交往时的印象管理行为表现复杂,人们常将其作为自我提升的手段。负面人际交往对心理健康水平要求更高。

| Abstract: | The negative communication is one of the most important reasons for interpersonal conflicts, because no matter what the form and action is, it obviously conflicts with the esteem needs of people. When people communicate negatively, the action of impression management expresses very complex, and the people often use it to improve themselves. It needs high level of mental health. |
