| 摘 要： | 每个企业都要面临"自制或外购"这样一个基本的经济决策。20世纪全球经历了四次兼并的浪潮。但是兼并产生的组织非效率问题难以克服,再加上信息技术革命的迅猛冲击,使得外包成为一种新的有影响力的趋势。
