| 摘 要： | 期权市场是当今世界高级市场形式之一 ,构建中国期权市场是我国市场经济为深化改革的一种必然选择和富有创意的探索。要想建立中国期权市场 ,必须以全新视角对期权市场和期权交易的原理与运作并结合我国的国情做深层次研究 ,在此基础上提出建立我国期权市场的整体战略策划方案 ,为争取早日建立中国期权市场 ,充分发挥期权市场的最大限度规避市场风险的作用 ,提供决策依据

| Abstract: | Nowadays the options market is one of the superior market models in the world.Building options market in China is the inevitable trend and creative probe for the further reforms in the market economy.To build it,we should profoundly research into the principle and application of the options market and trading on an absolutely new angle of view,combining with national conditions.And then a wholly strategic design is put forward as policy basis in order to build the options market as soon as possible and bring the market's effect of evading risk into play perfectly. |
