| 摘 要： | 对外资开放高等教育市场 ,不仅有利于更好地满足人民群众对高等教育的需求 ,有利于我国高等教育的适度超前发展 ,有利于实现我国高等教育的大众化 ,而且有利于我国产业结构的调整 ,有利于扩大我国内需。因此我们要有对外资开放高等教育市场的紧迫感 ,抓紧时间完善高等教育法规体系 ,把教育比较落后的中西部地区高等教育作为对外资开放的重点 ,坚持以市场换优质教育资源的原则 ,加强监控 ,提防西方文化渗透。

| Abstract: | Opening advanced education market to foreign capital not only can satisfy the demand of advanced education, promote the development of advanced education, realize the popular of advanced education, but also promote the adjustment of industrial structure and enlarge the domestic demand. So,we should realize the importance and take measures to perfect the law system of advanced education, insist the rule that marketing exchange high quality educational resource , monitor to prevent the pervasion of west civilization. |
