20世纪是薛宝钗研究的繁荣时期,此世纪初至新中国成立前,出现了索隐派将薛宝钗比附为某些历史人物、俞平伯的"钗黛合一"论和太愚的薛宝钗是正统的封建淑女等主要观点.新中国成立后的17年中,多数学者认为薛宝钗是封建阶级忠实的代表者.十年浩劫时期兴盛阴谋红学,"四人帮"及其写作班子借批判薛宝钗实现其不可告人的目的.改革开放以来,学者们开始以不同的视角关注薛宝钗这一形象,认识到薛宝钗是一个复杂的有丰富内涵的人物,对她的研究呈现出多样化的特点.

Summarization on Studies of XUE Bao-chai in 20th Century

The 20th century was a flourishing period of the studies of XUE Bao-chai.From 1900 to 1949,there were some main viewpoints,namely,The Suoyin school compared XUE Bao-chai with some historical person,YU Ping-bo's comment of "Chai-dai united as one" ,and TAI Yu thought that XUE Bao-chai was a traditional feudal fairy lady and so on. 1950-1965,most scholars considered XUE Bao-chai was a fealty representative of the feudal class.During the 10 years turmoil of the so-called"Cultural Revolution",the cabal of the studies The Novel had come on to.The Four People Band and its writers got to its despicable purpose by criticizing XUE Bao-chai.
