发挥高校学生党员主体作用的思考

新时期高校学生党员队伍思想主流健康向上，但还存在着主体意识缺乏、主观能动性不强、主体作用发挥不充分等问题。究其原因，在于主体民主意识、党性观念、自身素质、党组织教育管理体制与机制建设、社会环境等诸多方面因素的影响。为此，高校要加强学生党建工作，切实发挥学生党员的主体作用，就必须进一步加强党组织自身建设，保障学生党员的民主权利，同时不断加强对学生党员的党性锤炼，切实提高学生党员的主体素质。

Reflection on Fulfilling the Initiative of the CPC Members among College Students

Although the main trend of thinking among the CPC members of college students is healthy and upward, there are still such prohlems as lacking subject consciousness and conscious activity, while insufficiently playing their role as the main part. The causes lie in the impact of the factors regarding many aspects as follows： their democratic consciousness, Party consciousness, their own＂ aptitude, the system and mechanism construction in educational administration of the Party organizations, social environment and so on. Therefore, colleges ought to further enhance the Party＇s self building and ensure the democratic rights of student CPC members, while strengthening the Party spirit temperance and superior quality of the CPC members. In this way, colleges can intensify the Party building and student CPC members can play a dominant role.
