摘    要:研究和应用绿色技术已成为现代水果保鲜的发展趋势和科技前沿,文中对芒果的几种保鲜方法进行系统分析,得出其符合绿色的技术要求,说明研发绿色保鲜技术对实现国民经济的可持续发展具有重要意义。

Abstract:Studying and using green chemical technology have become the trend of keeping fresh fruits and frontier of technology in the modern society.This paper systematically analyzes several methods of mango storage,and comes to the conclusion that they meet the requirements of green chemical technology,which proves that the research of green chemical technology is of great importance to the sustainable development of the national economy.
