| Abstract: | Studying and using green chemical technology have become the trend of keeping fresh fruits and frontier of technology in the modern society.This paper systematically analyzes several methods of mango storage,and comes to the conclusion that they meet the requirements of green chemical technology,which proves that the research of green chemical technology is of great importance to the sustainable development of the national economy. |
