| 摘 要： | 在崇尚创新的知识经济时代,创新人才是国家最宝贵的资源。创新人才的培养需要一支创新型教师队伍。因此,建构创新型音乐教师的素质具有划时代的意义,音乐教师应具备合理的知识结构和培养能力及手段,此三者相互作用、相互影响。
