| 摘 要： | 公正作为社会长久以来的价值追求，在法治建设过程中具有重要的导向与约束作用。公正不仅表现为法的理念，而且也应当蕴含于法的实践；不仅是立法的指南，而且也是执法与司法的保障；不仅作用于静态的法制目标，而且贯穿于动态的法治过程。本文将重点从立法、执法和司法的角度来解析公正在法治建设中的价值。

| Abstract: | As the pursuit of the value of the society for long,justice plays an important and restrict role in the process of building the rule of law.Justice not only reflects the concept of law,but should also be contained in the law practice;not only the legislative guide,but also the guaranty to the execution of law and the judicature;not only acts on the static objective of the rule of the law,but through the dynamic process of the rule of law.This article will focus on the legislative,executive and judicial point of view to analyze the value of the justice in the construction of the rule of law. |
