Abstract:In order to cultivate a large number of excellent entrepreneurs so as to form a class of career entrepreneurs in China, the key lies in providing a good system of social environment suitable for the growth of them. This paper discusses three aspects of the matter: selection and appointment system, motivation system and restraint system,and the problems of building the system of social environment for this particular purpose.
