摘    要:数字领导力是数字态度和领导技能相结合的一种新兴领导方式,是组织在不确定性环境中应对数字化挑战的关键能力。然而,目前国内关于数字领导力研究的理论框架尚不清晰,缺乏对这一研究主题的系统研究综述。在广泛查阅国内外文献的基础上,研究首先回顾数字领导力的内涵、结构和测量方式。其次,从组织和个体层面梳理数字领导力的影响因素与作用效应,搭建数字领导力研究的整体框架。最后,从进一步明确数字领导力的概念内涵、系统讨论数字领导力的影响因素与培养策略、深入探索数字领导力的作用效应与价值贡献等三个方面提出未来研究展望。

Review and prospect of digital leadership research

Abstract:Digital leadership is a new leadership style combining digital attitude and leadership skills. It is the key ability for organizations to deal with digital challenges in an uncertain environment. However,at present,the theoretical framework of digital leadership research in China is not clear,and there is a lack of systematic research review on this research topic. Based on extensive literature review at home and abroad,the study first reviews the connotation,structure and measurement methods of digital leadership. Secondly,it combs the influencing factors and effects of digital leadership from the organizational and individual levels,and builds the overall framework of digital leadership research. Finally,the future research prospects are put forward from three aspects:further clarifying the concept and connotation of digital leadership,systematically discussing the influencing factors and training strategies of digital leadership,and in depth exploring the effect and value contribution of digital leadership.
