氧化铈及其粒径对橡胶材料力学性能的影响

摘    要:本文对未添加氧化铈和添加微米氧化铈和添加纳米氧化铈的三种硫化天然橡胶材料先进行高温老化,然后对老化了不同时间的试件进行拉伸试验。对橡胶老化后各个拉伸参数进行分析,得出添加了氧化铈的橡胶材料的定伸应力和杨氏模量变化幅度较小。差热分析结果显示在橡胶材料中添加氧化铈其热降解温度要比未添加的高,而且通过耐老化指数的计算得出添加微米氧化铈的硫化天然橡胶的耐老化指数最大。

Abstract:In this paper,the cerium oxide filled vulcanized natural rubber is aged in high temperature,then analysis the aged specimens for uniaxial tensile performance.By adding different granularity cerium oxide into rubber,study the different between them about tensile properties.Come to a conclusion that stretch stress and young's modulus of cerium oxide filled rubber material has small variation.Results of DSC show that cerium oxide is added in the rubber material the thermal degradation temperature is higher than did not add,and add microns of cerium oxide is higher than nanometer cerium oxide.Adding micron cerium oxide vulcanization of natural rubber aging resistant index is the largest.
