| Abstract: | At present, it is of great significance for our country to introduce a new financial derivative-transferable debentures. On the basis of comparison of various practices of debt transfer of our country, this article analyzes two problems existing in designing and manipulation of market, and suggests systematic ways of further improving the work of debt transfer in the country. |
