| 摘 要： | 目前,中国的国家学位制度的特点是偏于集权而乏于分权,重于管理而轻于学术,多于功利而少于理性,精于权威控制而疏于自由探究,强于"直觉"而弱于"公设"。此种学位制度设计与当今大学组织的发展不相适应,也与实行了30多年改革开放政策以来的中国高等教育现状不相符合。从国家学位走向大学学位或许是大学组织的一种理想选择。

| Abstract: | The present Chinese national degree system stresses centralization rather than decentralization of power;emphasizes management over academic practice;focuses more on utilitarian interests than rational development;resorts to authoritative control with neglect of free inquiry;and relies more on intuition than postulation.Such a degree system design can neither meet the development of contemporary universities nor is consistent with the status quo of higher education after the implementation of the reform and opening-up policy for 30 years.The transformation from national degree to university degree may be an ideal choice. |
