| 摘 要： | 以农科院校创新型人才培养的必要性为切入点,分析了当前我国农科院校行政管理专业创新型人才培养存在的问题,提出了要从更新教育理念、科学定位创新型人才培养目标、优化教学体系、探索多样化的人才培养模式、建立多元化的评价体系等方面创新行政管理人才培养模式的新思路,以期培养出一批具有农科特色的高素质创新型管理人才。

| Abstract: | The necessity of agricultural colleges and innovative talents training as the starting point,analyzed the current situation of China’s agricultural college administrative management professional innovative talents training problem,put forward to want from the renewal education idea,orientation the training target of innovative talents,optimization of teaching system,explore diversified personnel training pattern,establish diversified evaluation system and other aspects of innovation talents cultivation mode of administrative management new thinking,in order to cultivate a number of high-quality agricultural characteristics with innovative management talents. |
