| 摘 要： | 青年社科人才培养是地方社科院的当务之急。我们应当为青年社科人才的成长创造良好的环境机制和组织保证,大力提高青年社科人才的思想素质和业务能力,使他们具有强烈的使命感、责任感和紧迫感,具有较高的思维能力、交际能力、专业能力、创新能力和学习能力等。
