| 摘 要： | 教育事业的特殊性决定了人们对高校腐败的特别关注和忧虑。主要阐述了新形势下高校腐败的特点、成因 ,并提出了预防高校腐败的相应对策 :建立效率制度 ,推行校务公开 ,从源头上防止腐败 ;进行与市场经济相匹配的制度改革 ,依靠制度遏制学术腐败 ,深化财务管理 ,强化对易发生腐败部门的监督 ;加大惩罚力度 ,提高腐败成本 ,遏制腐败

| Abstract: | Corruption of higher institutions is paid special attention to due to the special feature of education course. This paper mainly deals with the characteristics of corruption of higher institutions in the new situation, and the reasons as well. Besides, this paper proposes corresponding measures to prevent corruption: to build efficiency system, and to carry out the system that affairs of higher institutions are known to the public, so that the root of corruption is prevented; to fulfill the system reform in conformity to market economy to control academic corruption; to deepen the financial management and reinforce the supervision of the departments where corruption tends to appear; to punish more strictly those involved in it so as to increase the cost of corruption. |
