摘    要:地方大学的实验设备占有量很少,却承担着全国本、专科在校生93.2%的人才培养任务.通过校企合作,可以吸收社会资金进入高等工程教育领域,从而提高高等工程教育实践环节的教学质量.本文建立了校企合作共建工程教育实验室的"使用权置换"经济模型,报告了基于这种模型建设工程教育实验室的实践情况,并分析了实验室有效运行的教学效果.

Abstract:Local universities possessed little practical equipment,while they carried 93.2% undergradu-ates of the nation.By the means of co-operation between universities and enterprises,it could absorb some capital into the high engineering education area.In this paper,an economic model of utilization-right-swap-ping was introduced,in which it describes the co-operation running of engineering experimental laboratory be-tween universities and enterprises.The practice and the teaching effective of this kind of laboratory were also reported.
