| 摘 要： | 以苯乙烯，丙烯酸丁酯，丙烯酸等为单体，采用预乳化工艺和半连续种子乳液降合方法合成了具有核／壳结构的苯丙乳液，通过正交试验和综合评分的方法，对制备多元素丙乳体系的影响进行较系统的研究，确定了制备苯丙乳液的最佳工艺参数，对产品进行了凝胶色谱，DSC和粒度分布等分析。

| Abstract: | A styrene/acrylic emulsion with a core/shell structure has been prepared from styrene,acrylic acid,butyl acrylate and other monomers by use of pre emulsifying technology and semi continuous seed emulsion polymerization method.By means of orthogonal testing and overall merit assessment,a systematic study is conducted on various factors influencing the performance of the styrene/acrylic emulsion.Optimum technological parameters are determined.Properties of the emulsion are also studied by way of gel chromatography,DSC and particle size distribution,etc. |
