科技哲学视野中的科学社会学

科学社会学引进中国已经多年,但在该学科的许多基本理论问题上仍然若明若暗。笔者讨论了科学社会学研究对象的界定和研究方法的特点;同时,就科学社会学与科技哲学的基本关系指出:科学社会学本质上也是对科学的一种理解工作,而且很有特点,是一种力求接近科学实际、具有扎实经验基础的理解。所以,科学社会学对于科技哲学具有开阔研究视野、提供研究素材、深化理论观点等多方面的重要价值。

Scientific Sociology Seen from the Perspective of Scientific Philosophy

Though scientific Sociology has been introduced into China for many years, there are still many theoretical issues we are unclear about. This article is an attempt to define the target and methodology of research in scientific sociology, and to expound the basic relationship between socientific sociology and scientific philosophy. The conclusion arrived at in this article is that scientific sociology is in essence an interpretation of science, which is characterized by its close relationship to the reality of scientific work and by its solid experiential foundation. Thererfore, scientific sociology performs the functions of broadening the view of and roviding raw materials for research in scientific philosophy.
