| 摘 要： | 发展循环经济、建立循环社会是我国实施可持续发展战略的重要途径和实现方式。本文论述了循环经济的基本理论,重点用激励理论和委托—代理模型分析了政府如何从经济角度引导和激励企业发展循环经济。 |

| Abstract: | Developing circulation economy and establishing circulation society is the essential way and realization method of implementing sustainable development strategy.In this paper,we explain the basic theory of circulation economy with incentive theory and principal-agent model. We also analyse how government induces and incents enterprises to develop circulation economy from the viewpoint of economic perspective. |
