Analyzes on human right theories from Hobbes to Marx

Since the Renaissance, the western natural sciences rose and obtained very big development, the domain of theology and theocracy reduced gradually, and human's status was promoted to a very high position. After studying the capitalist society, Marx realized that the separation of right and obligation caused the human dissimilation under the private ownership. Marx explicitly pointed out that the human right is not merely the pure right, it also includes the duty, and it is the dialectical unification of right and obligation.
