范仲淹的教育思想与实践

摘    要:北宋建国以后,为了选拔人才,专重科举,而教育不兴。中期以后,面对内忧外患,一批士大夫纷纷提出变法革新,范仲淹就是在这种情况下登上历史舞台的。他一生勤于教育,兴办学校,创建书院,为统治阶级培养了大批经世致用的人才,并开创了北宋一代兴学之风。范仲淹对我国古代教育所作的责献,功不可没。

Abstract:After the establishment of Northern Song Dynasty, in order to select people of talent, the focus was only laid on the imperial examination, neglecting the development of education. In the late Northern Song Dynasty, facing the internal worries and external difficulties, an number of scholar-officials required to reform, and Fan Zhong-yan stepped onto the historical stage under this circumstance. He devoted all his life to education, setting up schools and academies of classical learning and cultivating a great number of people of talents for the ruling class. He set a good example of developing education for his age and made unforgettable contribution to the ancient education in our country.
