| 摘 要： | 在对光绪十年(1884)创刊于上海的《点石斋画报》进行原始文献分析的基础上,梳理其编辑出版传播策略历史脉络,为中国近现代新闻传播史研究提供新线索。结果表明其具有全新的石印印刷技术传播保障、清一色的中国主编者与主笔者、以《申报》为依托的发行传播、以天干地支八音六艺为主的独特编序,以及以"颖异"、"新器"和"新物"为主的传播旨趣等传播特色。完全不同于《小孩月报》以文字为主插图为辅的做法,与《寰瀛画报》的报道内容多以外国为主亦不同,与此前画报或人物画像报道最大的不同,在于它从新闻的视角,通过图文并茂的新闻画报样式,将"奇闻"、"新知"、"时事"等图文信息传播到了上至官衙学堂下至市井街巷的广泛空间,产生了空前未有的广泛影响。
