弘扬延安精神促进民族高等教育快速发展

延安精神是"中国民族工作的摇篮,是中国民族理论、民族政策的发源地".民族高等院校弘扬延安精神就是要全面贯彻落实党的方针,解放思想,实事求是,与时俱进,通过广大师生艰苦创业,埋头苦干,实现民族教育的跨越式发展,为民族地区社会主义现代化建设服务.具体来说,就是要坚持办学方向和办学宗旨,培养社会主义事业接班人;坚持与时俱进,全面推进民族高等教育的创新;加强以师资队伍为核心的三支队伍建设,务实民族高等教育的基础;全面进行教育改革,努力提高教育质量;面向民族地区经济建设主战场,全面开展科学研究工作,在办出特色上下功夫.

Carry forward Yan''''an Spirit Speed up the Development of National Higher Education

Yan'an spirit is "the cradle of work for nationalities and the origin of theories of nationalities and policies for nationalities". To develop Yan'an spirit in universities for nationalities, we must put the Party' guidelines into practice, emancipate the mind, seek truth from facts, keep pace with the times, and achieve the spanning development in national education to serve for the social modernization in ethnic areas. Specifically, we should stick to the school-running guideline training the socialist successors, advance with the times and blaze new trails in national higher education, strengthen the construction of three contingents which centers on the contingent of teaching staff to lay down a solid basis for national higher education, reform the education in an all-round way to promote education quality, and carry on scientific researches and build up the universities for nationalities with characteristics.
