论公司人的“指向性”

公司的本质规定性是营利，强加于公司人之上，就强化了公司人作为人所具有的目的性，形成了公司人“指向性”的类特征。公司人自利的主体承栽着“指向性”；公司人思维控制着“指向性”所指；公司人之外的物或关系是“指向性”所指之物。最后，基于“指向性”提出了公司管理的应用举例。

A Discussion on the Directivity of Corporate Person

The profit essence of a corporation, which is imposed on the corporate person as a regulation, enhances the purpose character of corporate person, and makes it become directivity. This paper analyzed the concept of directivity and put forward that the self- interest of corporate person is the body of the directivity, and the consciousness of corporate person dominates the direction of the directivity, and things and the relationship outside the corporate person is what the directivity directs to. Finally, some management applications based on the diroctivity are introduced.
