| 摘 要： | 新形势下,提高领导干部法治能力,是全面推进依法治国的必然要求,是深入推进依法行政的必然要求,同时也是切实推进依法执政的必然要求。面对领导干部法治信仰与法治思维欠缺、法治方式运用不足,领导干部法治能力建设的长效机制不健全等现实挑战,要想切实提高领导干部的法治能力,除了领导干部自身要通过学习与实践强化法治能力外,还应该积极构建提高领导干部法治能力的长效机制。
