高等教育"民营化"问题的经济学思考

高等教育在新形势下进行了一系列改革,呈现了"民营化"趋势.其间出现了两个新的问题,即规模扩大后资源如何重新配置和后勤社会化后管理责任如何重新划分.本文运用经济学原理,主要是"科斯定理",分析了"民办机制"和民办高校在解决这两个问题时的优势,并提出了相应的对策建议.

Reflections from the View of Economics on the Problems of Higher Education Being Made Non-governmental

Under the new environment, a series of reforms have taken place in higher education which tends to be non-governmental. During these periods, some new problems crop up. This paper analyses the mechanism of private colleges and universities by using Coase Theorem, and puts forward corresponding solutions.
