论孔子的消费经济思想

孔子从春秋时代社会分配所存在的差等现象中,发现了消费的差等结构,并主张不要过分扩大这种差距他从治国安民的高度着眼,要求当政者“节财”,但同时又提出个人消费要“使足”的原则。他肯定了人的物欲的客观性和合理性,他本人也靠出卖知识而获取生活资料,但又强调克制物欲的重要,倡导重精神轻物质的消费观,
从而使人的心灵得以净化,人与人之间的情感得以升华。因此,深入研究孔子的消费经济思想,对于引导人们树立正确的消费观,有着十分重要的意义。

On Confucius'''' Consumption Economic Viewpoint

When Confucius found disparity etisting in the soleal distribution system during the Spring and Autumn Period, he protested that it was not right to go on enlarging this disparity. With a view to achieving the goal of running the state well and giving the people peace and security, he appealed to the state rulers to economize goods. Meanwhile, he also advocated that individual consumption be promoted. He regrded men's material desires as natural and reasonable. And,he himself made a living by selling knowledge. At the same time, he also stressed that it was necessary to control one's material desires, advocating a life outlook of viewing spirit above material so as to purify people's souls and heighten their feelings towards each other. In this sense, it is of significance to do further research on confucias' consumption economic viewpoint, because it can help people set up a correct consumption outlook.
