| 摘 要： | 阐述了纸质文件与电子文件在原始性、真实性、完整性的差异,分析两者了在法律层面上效用以及在信息安全与保密方面存在的差异和风险性。针对纸质文件与电子文件在档案管理中存在的一些短板现象,探讨了进行互补的方法以及应采取的对策。

| Abstract: | In terms of primitiveness,authenticity,and integrity,the differences between paper and electronic documents are discussed.The risks and differences are also analyzed in the comparison of their legal effectiveness and information security and confidentiality.Concerning the cask effect in the file management both of paper and electronic documents,complementarities and strategies are explored. |
