| 摘 要： | 本文在吸收前人研究成果的基础上，着重运用比较方法，对近现代回族商业的繁荣及其原因进行了叙述和分析。作者认为，晋商、徽商在清末至民国时期的衰落和同一时期回族商业经济的繁荣是社会系统各要素共同作用的结果，其中文化一制度因素对商业经济的兴衰具有不可忽视的影响力。在继承回族优秀商业文化传统的基础上，进一步重视现代科学技术运用、增强全球化意识、提升现代企业精神，应成为当代回商群体的共同追求。
