| Abstract: | Standard Chinese is mostly spoken as the most extensive language of communication in Urumqi region. The current state of such a language results from two aspects:firstly, because Urumqi is a city of immigration with a short history, where the base of mixed dialects is relatively frail;secondly, it arise from man-made policy. |
