气质性情感对工作满意度的影响:基于中国情境的实证研究

摘    要:本文关注中国情境下人格与工作满意度的关系.在回顾已有研究基础上,从受文化因素影响较大的气质性情感角度,研究人格对工作满意度的影响.实证结果验证了西方一些研究结论,本研究有一个重要发现,在中国情境下,气质性情感与工作满意度相关系数要明显低于国外元分析报告的结果,作者试图从文化的角度来解释其中原因.另外,气质性情感可以解释工作满意度21%的变异,说明在中国情境下,它也可以作为工作满意度的预测指标.

Abstract:This paper focuses on the relationship of personality and job satisfaction under the circumstances of China. Based on previous researches,the influence of personality on job satisfac-tion is being studied from the angle of dispositional affect which is influenced greatly by culture. Results of empirical research validate some western research conclusions: dispositional affect has two ir-respective dimensions-Positive affectivity (PA) and Negative affec-tivity (NA). PA is positive correlated with job satisfaction, and NA is negative correlated with job satisfaction. There is an important discovery: the correlation coefficient in this study is significantly weaker than that of the western meta-analysis conclusion. Culture factors are used to explain the reasons. In addition, 21% variation of job satisfaction can be explained by dispositional affect, this indicate dispositional affect can be used as a forecast index of job satisfaction.
