| 摘 要： | 工伤优先原则在社会保险领域存在已久,但在社会保障体系发展的过程中,工伤优先与社会保险一体化存在一定的冲突。在经济发达的基础上,应选择社会保险一体化,没有任何保险是相对优先的。但基于我国目前的经济状况,仍须选择工伤优先,走渐进的社会保险一体化过程。

| Abstract: | Preference of industrial injuries is a basic principle in social insurance. With the development of social security,there are many conflicts with preference of industrial injuries. We should choose social security incorporation based on developed economy, and there isn't any insurance is preferential. But because of our laggard economic condition, we can only choose the preference of industrial injuries, and make gradual progress in construction of social security. |
