Moral Conflicts in the World of Literature

Morals are the important strength to maintain social life.Because of the identity and diversity of social roles,each person shoulders individual moral responsibility and moral duties,which are derived from their different positions in society.As each individual confronts complicated moral situations,there arise severe moral conflicts.With an attempt to sort out the history of Chinese literature in the past hundred years,this article analyses the phenomena of extensive moral conflicts in literary works so as to probe into the significance of morality for the meaning and value of community life.
