| Abstract: | Compared with the other provinces, the amount, the scale and the influential power of the labor economy, Yunnan province is beyond the national average level with its own great tendency, which can not meet the need of the rural quick-development.Therefore, to cultivate the labor economy as a new mainstay in the rural areas of Yunnan province has become the major task to be settled during "the 11th Five-Year Program". |
