| 摘 要： | 生态省建设,就是要建设一个以生态与经济协调为基础,能够实现可持续发展的经济区域。自古以来,自然生态系统就是人类经济社会生存与发展的基础。福建背山面海的独特地形地貌与优越的气候特征,使其形成一个有相对独立特征的区域自然生态系统,其中又可以进一步划分为具有明显自然资源组成、结构、功能差别,以及经济优势差异的三大生态经济圈,注重福建生态系统的整体与区域特征,保护与建设好三大生态经济圈中的生态系统是生态省建设的基础与关键。

Protection of ecosystem, the basis and key for building an eco-province |

| Abstract: | Building an eco province means to build the regional economy that can realize sustainable development based on coordination between ecology and economy. Ever since the ancient times, the development of human being has been depending on natural ecosystem. By virtue of original terrain and climate, Fujian has become a regional and individual natural ecosystem, which is divided into three eco economic circles with distinguishment in natural resource constitution, structure, function and economic advantage. It is the basis and key for building an eco province to emphasize the systematic and regional characteristics. |
