老年高血压伴缺血性卒中患者血浆醛固酮水平的研究

目的 观察老年高血压患者血浆醛固酮（ALD）水平与缺血性脑卒中的关系,为老年高血压患者的脑部并发症的预防拓展防治方向.方法 研究对象为2011年9月至2013年2月在昆明医科大学第二附属医院就诊的高血压患者.研究对象根据有无卒中分为两组,比较二者间的醛固酮（ALD）水平.结果 高血压病一级组卒中与非卒中的ALD差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；高血压病二级、三级组卒中与非卒中的ALD差异分别存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 缺血性卒中的发病率随血压及ALD水平增高而增加,对血压水平分级以后观察发现ALD在高血压一级水平与卒中无相关性,在高血压二级,三级ALD与缺血性卒中存在相关性.

The study of elderly hypertensive patients with ischemic stroke about plasma aldosterone levels

Objective Observed the relationship between ALD levels and ischemic stroke in elderly hypertensive patients,explo- ring new ways for preventing brain complications cause by hypertension. Methods Observing the hypertensive patients, during Sep- tember 2011to February 2013. Patients would be divided into two groups in the condition of stroke. Observing the diversification of serum ALD levels between two groups. Results Between stroke and non - stroke group, there are no significant statistically differ- ence in the ALD in grade one hypertension group （P 〉 0.05） ; Between stroke and non- stroke group,there are significant statisti- cally difference in the ALD in grade two and three hypertension group（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion With the increase in blood pressure the incidence of ischemic stroke has increased. After classifing the blood pressure,it can be observed that ALD level had no correla- tion with stroke in grade one hypertension group, ALD level had correlation with stroke in grade two and three hypertension group.
