分期针刺配合心理干预对缺血性中风患者生活质量的影响

目的 观察分期针刺配合心理干预对缺血性中风患者生活质量的影响.方法 选择缺血性中风患者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例,治疗组采用分期针刺配合心理干预,采用分期针刺.用临床疗效、Fugl-Meyer评定量表（FMA）、修订Barthel指数（MBI）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表SDS评价疗效差异.结果 治疗组临床疗效、FMA、MBI、SAS、SDS均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 分期针刺配合心理干预提高缺血性中风患者临床疗效,改善心理情绪,提高患者生活质量.

Stage of psychological intervention with acupuncture in patients with cerebral apoplexy the influence on the quality of life

Objective To observe the stages psychological intervention with acupuncture to ischemic stroke the influence on the quality of life of the patients. Methods choose 120 cases of ischemic stroke patients, divided into the treatment group, stages the ac- upuncture group and psychological intervention group, and the 40 cases of each group, acupuncture group stage by stage acupuncture treatment, psychological intervention group using psychological intervention, the treatment group stage with psychological intervention and acupuncture. The clinical curative effect,Fugl - Meyer rating scale （FMA） ,amended,Barthel index （MBI） ,anxiety from rating scale （SAS） and depression self rating scale SDS evaluation differences. Results The treatment group clinical curative effect, FMA, MBI, SAS, SDS is better than staging acupuncture group and psychological intervention group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; Staging the acupuncture group FMA and MBI psychological intervention group is better than （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; Psychological intervention group and staging acupuncture group SAS and SDS difference have statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ） Conclusion the psychological intervention with acupuncture improve installment in patients with cerebral apoplexy clinical cura- tive effect, improve psychological mood, improve the q quality of life of the patients.
