本文在列举“三资”企业工人权益受损的种种表现的基础上，具体分析了工人合法权益受损的主要原因，并指出应加强工人集体力量、引进规范化的国际大资本和建立有效的劳动关系调整系统等手段来限制资方的不法行为、规范劳动关系以保护工人合法权益。

This paper,after itemizing the many manifestations of prejudicial acts against workers' interest by wholly foreign owned enterprises and joint ventures and enterprises under cooperative management,makes a concrete analysis of the causes of their prejudicial acts against workers' lawful interest,and goes on to point out that efforts should be made to strengthen workers' collective forces,to introduce standardized heavy capital from abroad,and to set up effective system for labor relation regulation so as to normalize labor relation and restrict any illegal acts on the part of the capitalists and their representatives.
