| 摘 要： | 在企业战略理论发展与演化的过程中涌现出大量的理论文献与研究成果,出现了许多持有不同观点的战略学家和战略理论学派,这些理论构成了一个复杂的战略理论迷宫。从战略认知的视角、范式、主体和过程四个维度对战略理论进行一个横向的比较将有助于更加清晰的认识这一迷宫。

| Abstract: | Plentiful theory literatures and research achievements emerge during the course of the development and evolvement of enterprise strategy theory,many strategists hold different viewpoints and strategic theory schools appear,which constitute a complex labyrinth of strategic theory.It will help us understand the labyrinth if we transversely compare the strategic theories from the four dimensions of strategic cognition,i.e.the perspective,the paradigm,the subject and the process. |
