| 摘 要： | 村民自治"海选"源于吉林省梨树县,后被国家立法所认可,现已作为选举的模式推向全国广大农村.从"海选"的实践中分析"海选",看其利弊,利大于弊,利是主流.发展和完善"海选",既要在实践中坚持下去,也要在实践中除弊兴利.只要在"海选"的实践中坚持发挥党的领导核心的作用和政府的指导和帮助作用,其弊必将得到克服.

| Abstract: | Wide election in the process of villagers' autonomy is originated from the practice of Lishu County in Jilin province,which was recognized by national legislation later and has become an election model to be widely applied in villages around the whole country now. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of wide election practice and concludes that there are more advantages than disadvantages with advantages as the mainstream.
