高校“公关危机”管理初探

摘    要:高校"危机"事件一旦发生,造成的危害与后果难以预料,轻则损害组织形象声誉,重则影响高校的秩序和正常运转,甚至影响到学校的生存发展。因此,"危机"管理必须纳入高校管理体系之中,通过采取切实措施,有效预防潜在"危机",妥善处理现实"危机",努力促使危机变转机,并在促使转化过程中积极实现组织形象的重塑。

Abstract:Once a crisis event happens in a college or a university, it will not only bring forth great harm and unpredictable consequences, but it will also damage the school's reputation and deprive the school of its order and normal operation. It is closely related to the development and prosperity of a school. Therefore, crisis management should, as is held in this paper, be an indispensable part of the administrative system in colleges and universities. Institutions of higher learning should take effective measures to prevent any crisis from happening. In case it does happen, they should handle it carefully to minimize the damage, and maintain a good image for the school.
