| 摘 要： | 包拯以擅长断案而闻名,传世史书多有记载,其中巧断牛舌案便是其所断“奇案”之一。长期以来,大家对此均无异议。但史书中还有张、叶宾、穆衍断牛舌案的记载,四者几乎完全一样。经考证,原来张、叶宾、包拯和穆衍四人在不同的时间、不同的地点审理了类似的牛舌案。

| Abstract: | It is known that,Bao Zheng was good at conclusion,and the famous case about the tongue of cow was the one of many cases judged.But in history books,there wre three cases about the tongue of cow,which were judged by Zhang Yong、Ye Bin and Mu Yan.By studying many materials,we can make a conclusion that Zhang Yong、Ye Bin、Bao Zheng and Mu Yan had ever judged almost the same case in different times and spots. |
