| 摘 要： | 通过对目前国际上几种其型的社会保障立法模式的分析比较，得出结论，国情的不同是导致各国社会保障立法模式存在差异的原因。针对我国社会保障立法模式存在的不足，指出，为了减少改革成本，我国应从四个方面借鉴各国在社会保障立法上的成功经验。

| Abstract: | By analyzing and comparing some internationally typical models for social security legislation, it is found that different national conditions are responsible for the existing differences of the models for social security legislation. In view of the problems with China's model for social security legislation, it is pointed out that China should learn in four aspects from other countries' successful experience in social security legislation so as to reduce the cost of the reform. |
