| 摘 要： | 高校行政管理的作用主要体现在对内部管理进行充分的协调和激励，是为了保证高校的各个职能能够得到充分的发挥。将目前高校行政管理的特点进行了简单的归纳，从发挥思想政治教育、建立高素质的高校行政管理队伍、转变高校行政管理观念以及加强对高校行政管理问题研究等方面提出了加强与改进一系列的措施。为了创新推动高校行政管理的发展，有针对性的提出增进高校行政管理效率的有效对策。

| Abstract: | The college administration is mainly reflected in adequate coordination with the internal management and incentive to ensure that all functions of the university to be fully exploited. In order to improve the level of college administration management, the present study, by proposing some practical measures, aims to promote the develop-ment of the college administration and enhance its efficiency. |
