| 摘 要： | 南方集体林区林改以后,林地细碎化问题进一步凸显,森林资源经营主体产生了林地规模化经营的需求.从经济学视角、制度学视角和集体林区特点出发,对南方集体林区林地规模化经营进行了理论分析.从资源属性和制度两个方面探究了新一轮集体林权制度改革以后南方集体林区林地规模化经营的制约因素.提出了建立和完善林地规模化经营制度的建议,以期对林改后林地规模化经营的推进提供参考.

| Abstract: | Under the background of the forestry tenure reform in southern collective forest areas, the problem of forest land fragmentation becomes more evident , and this gives rise to forest operators＇ demand for forest land scale management. From the perspective of economics, institutional theory and the characteristics of collective forest regions, this paper makes a theoretical analysis of the forest land scale management in southern collective forest areas. It discusses the constraints of forest land scale management in southern collective forest areas after a new round of collective forest tenure reform in terms of resource attributes and system. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions in order to advance forest land scale management in the future. |
