| 摘 要： | 对原铁道部调整阿拉山口站到达车流径路进行了分析,预测其对于新亚欧大陆桥带来的影响,认为路径调整对于均衡路网、支持西部地区经济发展会产生一定的积极影响,但是由于该项调整缺乏对国际运输竞争形势的分析,要实现＂均衡路网和相关口岸运输能力＂目标相当困难,还将使新亚欧大陆桥的国际品牌优势逐步削弱,东桥头堡优势不再并直接影响国家战略。

| Abstract: | Upon analysis of the path adjustment at Alashankou Station by the former Ministry of Railways,the paper predicts the impact on the New Eurasian Continental Bridge in China,especially the positive influence on the balance of the railway network and the western economic development.However,due to a lack of an analysis of international shipping competition before the adjustment,it is difficult to achieve the balanced network and expand port transportation.Furthermore,the international role of the New Eurasian Continental Bridge will be impaired and Lianyungang,the eastern bridgehead,will be less important strategically in China. |
