经济伦理话语体系中我国农村 居民消费不足问题研究

长期以来,我国农村居民在消费结构、消费总量等方面都存在着严重的不足,其滞后的消费伦理观以及农村公共产品供给的不足是导致这种现象发生的主要原因.因此,只有从经济伦理的角度来引导农村居民树立新型消费伦理观,切实增强政府服务农村居民消费的意识,才能从制度上根本破除制约农村居民消费不足的瓶颈,为国民经济的健康发展提供不竭的动力.

The Problem of Rural Resident Consuming Scarcity in the Economic and Ethical Discourse System

There is a serious scarcity of consuming structure,consuming level in Chinese rural resident consumption.The main reason is their negative consuming ethics and lack of public goods in rural area.Therefore,only by guiding peasants to build new consuming ethics idea and strengthening the idea of governmental serving peasant’s consumption from economic ethics view,can we really solve this problem from regulation side,and provide constant motive power for country’s economic development.
