On the Combination of Development of High-tech Industries and Personnel Training of Higher Education

The combination of industrial personnel training and college education involves the increasing investment in personnel development and treasuring business talents; applying various means of personnel cultivation to improving the construction of the industrial culture; adapting to the requirements of high-tech industries and forming the idea of training open-minded talents.
